Tommy is a smart, brave 10-year-old boy, equipped with 007-like gadgets. Oscar, a bizarre pink alien from Playnote, the planet of music, emergency-landed into Tommy's garden. They become best friends and have thousands of adventures together... animals to save, mysteries to solve, forests to protect... to thwart the plans of Caesar, an unscrupulous businessman, whose only ambition is to become the richest man in the world at any cost. 
Underlying positive values including friendship; honesty; trust; protecting the environment; non-violence; and more, have been cleverly integrated into this action-packed show, giving it an educational slant without taking away from the excitement and fun that children are looking for.
